Video Tutorial
Watch how to create a timetable, add educational levels, and add classes in Timetables Pro, then apply the same steps in your account.
Step 3: Where to start
In this step, you’ll build the core structure inside the system: the timetable, then educational levels, then classes. This structure makes your school timetable setup clear and accurate, and ensures classes are correctly linked to their level and curriculum.
1) Create the timetable
From the sidebar menu, click: Timetables to open the timetable management page.
- Enter a clear timetable name (e.g., “Semester 1 Timetable”).
- Click Create to add it to the system.
2) Add educational levels
Next, add the educational levels used in your school (for example: Primary, Middle, High School).
From the sidebar menu, click: Educational Levels and add the levels your school uses.
3) Add classes (bulk add)
After setting up the timetable and levels, you can add classes and link them correctly to levels and curricula.
From the sidebar menu, click: Classes , then choose Bulk Add Classes to save time.
Insert classes quickly
- Select the number of classes you want to create.
- Choose the correct educational level.
- Select the linked curriculum.
- Click Insert to generate the classes.
4) Name and save
After inserting the classes, name the created classes (e.g., 1A, 1B, 2A…), then click Save.
Why this step matters
When your levels and classes are organized and correctly linked to curricula, timetable building becomes more professional, errors decrease, and you save time while preparing data for generation.
