What is Auto Generation?

Auto Generation is the final step where the system builds the school timetable automatically based on your data (classes, teachers, subjects) while applying the constraints you’ve set. The goal is a complete timetable in seconds with minimal effort.

1) Review the summary before generating

Start by clicking Auto Generation. A summary page will appear, showing the key parts of your setup before generation, such as:

The classes linked to the timetable.
Teacher assignments and subjects.
Added constraints (such as fixing Activity periods or similar rules).

Smart feature: If there is any missing or mismatched setup (for example, incomplete assignments or a constraint that needs adjustment), it will appear clearly in the summary so you can fix it quickly before generating.

2) Generation preferences (optional)

Start auto generation immediately for a professional timetable.

Or click Settings if you want to change the priority of constraints based on your school’s preferences.

3) Start auto generation

When you click Start Auto Generation, the system generates the timetable in seconds and applies your constraints accurately.

4) View the final timetable

After generation completes, a View Timetable button will appear to show the final result. You’ll notice that the system applies your rules (such as Activity period distribution or fixed time placement) in a clear and organized way.

Result: A complete school timetable in seconds, with significantly less manual editing thanks to auto generation and AI-powered scheduling.
